We enjoyed incredible Mahi-Mahi fishing through early September. After 7 days of NE wind there's no chance they are still inshore. Cold bottom waters will have stirred into what were warm surface waters scattering Mahi offshore in a hurry..

An Apology..

My sincerest apology to those of you awaiting mahi trip announcements. My reservation service of 18 years has opened trips I did not authorize. I'm not going to unglue a bunch of reservations because they didn't have my say-so.

I've booked my boat out for its regular sea bass runs on Wednesday August 26th and Thursday 27th.

Instead I'm selling two mahi trips (few cbass likely also) Wednesday/Thursday.. Depart 6:30 - return 5ish. 12 sells out - $200.00...

Still Sea Bassing!

Though sea bass fishing continues at "a few limits/near limits daily" and reservations are being taken through Aug 17 (and, for now, just a few keeper flounder too) I am making a trip (one) I've never done with this boat on Thursday, 7/23/20 for Yellowfin Tuna.

Opening Sea Bass Trips at 36% of my already reduced fishing clients capacity—For now just 9 clients 'sell out'—that's only 22.5% my legal max passenger load. We'll have ample spacing to allow anglers a safe buffer as we sustenance fish for sea bass come mid-May.

Oyyyyy!!! Where we'd normally be looking forward to sea bass season while finishing up the year's tog trips.. Instead? landlocked — housebound!
